Booking a trial day at Wholesome Day Center allows participants to have a short term experience of the program and allows them the opportunity to see if it would be a good fit for them and their loved ones.
We ask that loved ones of participants fill out this intake assessment form from the Department of Social Development prior to booking a trial day, as the process can take some time.
While we absolutely welcome trial day bookings without completing the application, being approved by the department will allow full access to the program at Wholesome Day Center beyond the trial day.
